Re-booting the Base Station

The base station sends power and information to the transceivers. The transceivers communicate to the ESLs in your store.

1. Locate your base station (if are unable to do this, then please phone NZESL)
2. On the large wall mounted base stations there is a red switch – turn this off for about three minutes
3. On the smaller base stations usually located in your switch cabinet, the power cable can be pulled out of the back of the base station
4. Leave the power off on the base station(s) for at least three minutes so all the power drains out of unit
5. Switch your base station back on by either using the red switch or plugging it back in (it can take up to 20 minutes for the base station to come back on)
6. After 5 -10 minutes Log in to Pricer. Check base station status in the Price console in the Status menu
