Printer
Printer has stopped printing –
- Check printer is connected in Pricer (Pricer/print configuration)
- Clear the backlog of batch print under ‘Batch Reprint’
- Make sure printer is not default
- Print a test page from Pricer
If nothing prints…
- Hold down button next to the green light on top of the printer until information sheet prints out
- Check IP address is matching on the print out
- Troubleshoot if available in dropdown printer menu
- Restart Pricer services
