Printer

Printer has stopped printing – 

  • Check printer is connected in Pricer (Pricer/print configuration)

  • Clear the backlog of batch print under ‘Batch Reprint’

  • Make sure printer is not default
  • Print a test page from Pricer


If nothing prints…

  • Hold down button next to the green light on top of the printer until information sheet prints out
  • Check IP address is matching on the print out
  • Troubleshoot if available in dropdown printer menu
  • Restart Pricer services
