Problem	Possible Cause	Solutions
*My ESLs is not updating*	The Pricer server has stopped working	Contact NZESL
	Fault with base station	Reboot base station
	Transceiver not communicating	Check the transceiver status in infrastructure status
		Check your file in the PFI status has updated from the last time you sent it through from your pricing computer
		Check there are no failed records in the PFI status
*My ESLs is showing the wrong price*	The wrong information was sent to Pricer	Cross-check the information with the pricing system in SAP.
	ESL has been linked to the wrong product.	Check whether the ESL is showing the correct product item information
	Fault with base station	Reboot base station
	Transceiver not communicating	Check the transceiver status in infrastructure status
		Check your file in the PFI status has updated from the last time you sent it through from your pricing computer.
		Check there are no failed records in the PFI status
*I am linking and un-linking. Pricer says “Success” but the ESL does not change*	Pricer server has gone down	Contact NZESL

*Pricer is not recognising a barcode that I’m trying to enter*	*ESL Barcodes*
	ESL is unlinked	Test ESL by linking it with an item
	ESL might be faulty or out of batteries	Unlink and return ESL unit to NZESL for inspection
	*Item Barcodes*
	The item may not be in the system	Cross-check with your store’s pricing system
*Pricer has stopped responding* *Please avoid repeatedly re-sending PFI files to Pricer if it has frozen. Every file that gets sent through the Pricer system gets put into a queue and you risk of overloading and crashing Pricer.	Pricer has crashed	Try selecting another function within Pricer
	Your system has crashed	Try re-starting your computer, and logging into back into Pricer
