For stores with server where BS keeps going down.
For stores on Pricer Server with E32 BS on firmware 1066 has an issue re-establishing connection after a server restart. firmware needs to upgraded to version 1067. file attached, needs to be put in to the Pricer\R3Server\HexFiles folder. Then services restarted. Will add to FD solutions too.
Check Current Version of BS |  |
| Stop Services | NOTE: Stop Pricer Server First the Pricer MySQL |
| Put the new firmware in this folder. NOTE: firmware must be updated version by version so can't jump a version i.e. from 1064 to 1067 must do 1065, then 1066, then 1067. |  |
| Restart services | NOTE: Start Pricer MySQL first the Pricer Server |
| Check BS in "Infrastructure" page | You will see the BS status change to update Firmware then Booting then Ready. Check BS firmware version. |
